What we collect

• Email address — when you join the early-access waitlist, we store your email to send launch updates.
• Vet bill images and PDFs — when the upload feature launches, we process the bills you submit so we can explain the line items. We collect only what is on the bill itself.
• Basic usage data — pages visited and referrers, used to improve the site.

How we use your information

• To send you early-access updates and product news (only if you join the waitlist).
• To parse and explain your vet bill line by line.
• To build anonymized, aggregated price ranges for our cost guides. Individual bills are never published or sold.

How long we keep your bill

• Owner names, addresses, and other identifying details are masked immediately after parsing.
• Original bill images are deleted within 30 days of upload.
• Anonymized line items (procedure, price, region) may be retained in aggregate to improve typical-price ranges.

Third parties

• Formspree — processes waitlist email submissions on our behalf. Your email is transmitted to and stored by Formspree under their privacy policy.
• Cloudflare — hosts this site (Cloudflare Pages) and may process requests for security and performance (CDN, SSL, DDoS protection).
• We do not sell or rent personal information to anyone.
